People's Choice Voting Terms & Conditions

The contestant receiving the most votes will automatically advance to our Top 5 and be in the running for the title of Miss Grade Florida 2019.  Should our People’s Choice winner be crowned as Miss Grand Florida 2019, the prize will pass to the contestant with the 2nd highest number of votes.The winner of our  People’s Choice will be crowned as Miss Grand Queen 2019 and will have the opportunity to compete in another national pageant (to be determined.)A portion of all funds collected as part of our People’s Choice will be donated toCrisis 2 Crown Inc . who’s mission is to provide support services and aid to meet the needs of children in hospitals and foster care, and to creatively meet the educational & spiritual needs of all underprivileged children. Located in Port Au Prince,Haiti, Benet and Sud.​Their vision is to provide nourishment, clean water and quality education for children & families who classify as underprivileged socio-economic status.

1) Voting is open to everyone
2) Voting is open between 05/06/2019 and 23.59 EST on 05/24/2019 ("Voting Period"). No votes will be accepted outside of the Entry Period.
3) Votes are $1 per vote with a minimum of 5 votes PER transaction.
4) Miss Grand Florida will tally all votes submitted during the Voting Period to determine a winner.
5) The winner will be announced during the finale or the Miss Grand Florida pageant.
6) Miss Grand Florida's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
7) Miss Grand Florida reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of votes and to disqualify any voter who submits a vote that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions or who tampers with the voting process.
8) Miss Grand Florida accepts no responsibility for late or misdirected votes. Miss Grand Florida assumes no responsibility for any failure to receive a vote as a direct or indirect result of a technical problem of any kind or any traffic congestion on the internet or any website. Votes are deemed to be received at the time of receipt by Miss Grand Florida, not at the time of transmission by the voter.
9) Personal information will be collected and used for the purposes of conducting the People's Choice Award (which may include disclosure to third parties for the purpose of processing votes, awarding any applicable prizes, communicating with voters and otherwise conducting this People's Choice Award) and for publicity purposes surrounding Miss Grand Florida, People's Choice and the People's Choice Awards. By voting, voters consent to the use of their information as described.

All votes are voluntary. No tangible value is returned to the voter. No refunds of votes will be made.
